About
Kristy AbelA Message From
Kristy
It was in my 49th year that I woke up, looked around, and thought, “Is this really it?” I had done everything I was “supposed” to do – marriage, career, motherhood. Twice divorced with two kids, I found myself standing in the middle of my own life, realizing that I had the incredible opportunity to redesign the second half of it…on my terms.
My story could have stalled there. I could have repeated the patterns of thought, emotions and behaviour that got me there.
I said #thanksbutnothanks.
I felt something ignite inside me – a flash I hadn’t felt in years. The message came in like a thunderbolt: “You are to use everything you’ve learned as a teacher, counsellor, certified sexual health educator, Tarot reader and Human Design enthusiast to help women expand their emotional literacy and to improve their relationships and communication.”
I don’t just study these tools – I live by them. I pieced myself back together with intention, healing, humour and a whole new understanding of who I am.
And slowly, the woman I lost began to return – stronger, clearer and more connected than ever.
Along the way, I realized something powerful: women in midlife aren’t at the end of anything. They’re at the beginning.
Today, I teach what I once needed most. I guide women who are rediscovering themselves in body, mind, and Spirit – women who feel the quiet tug or, the thunderbolt, of a new chapter but aren’t sure where to start. Through my courses on manifestation, Human Design, and self-worth, I help you remember your magic, reclaim your identity and rebuild your life from a place of appreciation rather than expectation.
My work isn’t about becoming a different woman. It’s about coming home to the woman you’ve always been and untangling the social conditioning that got you there. I am here to walk that path with you.
Your next chapter isn’t waiting.
You’re already in it.
