I help youth and caregivers gently navigate the maze of the modern adolescent landscape with compassion, understanding and care. Today’s teens are growing up in a complex world and the adults who support them often carry just as many questions. My work is grounded in the belief that everyone deserves guidance that feels respectful, empowering and aligned with who they truly are. I care deeply about supporting people as they learn to make the best decisions for themselves, at their own pace and with greater confidence.

When working together, clients often notice a gradual strengthening of self-worth and self-esteem, clearer and more open communication and deeper, more meaningful connections with others.

Over time, this can lead to closer relationships, improved emotional awareness, and a greater sense of balance in mental health and everyday life. I strive to create a calm, supportive space where youth and caregivers feel safe to explore challenges, ask questions, and grow together.

I have been a high school counsellor since 2010 and am a Certified Sexual Health Educator. My academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, a Bachelor of Education in Secondary Teaching, a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology and a Graduate Certificate in Sexual Health. I bring both professional experience and genuine warmth into my work, meeting each individual with curiosity, respect and care.
